Measuring Pins

Measuring pins are used to measure ID of hole & used as Go Nogo gauge (Reversible Plug gauge).
We are manufacturing  highly polished-mirror Surface Finish Pins.

Specifications –
Material – En 31(SAE52100), OHNS.
Pin Length – Dia 0.1 to 1.5 mm – 40 mm
Dia 1.5 to above – 50 mm
Tolerance – On Dia. +/- 0.001 mm
On length +/-0.500 mm

Calibration –
All Pins are Calibrated @ 20ºC Under Standards Room Conditions Traceable To National standard Of length.

Calibration Instrument –
Mitutoya ( made in Japan) Slip box . Range 1.0005 to 100.00 mm.& mahr (made in Germany) Dial gauge with Accuracy 0.001 mm and range ±50 microns.
